Our story
Meet Jess - the face behind YOUR.
YOUR. was founded after Jess had her youngest son and found herself with a need to create a fulfilling workstyle that suited her and her young family.
YOUR. was established in 2020, when Jess began mobilising the cohort of freelance marketing connections she had built throughout her career agency-side. A large proportion of the creative geniuses and technical wizards she’d worked with in the past had already established themselves within the freelance market and truly honed their own unique styles and skillsets - so everything slotted perfectly into place.
Since YOUR. was created, our freelance collective has continued to grow organically - proving that breaking down physical barriers works wonders for creative freedom and quality of work.
A Strategist with over 12 years’ marketing experience and a passion for beautiful creative campaigns and branding - Jess has a unique skillset that allows her to bridge an often cavernous gap - connecting the dots between strategy and delivery for brands to ensure consistent, on-brand communications at all time - whether that be for businesses launching their brand to market, or those 150 years into their brand journey.
